Capture, annotate, OCR. Stop switching four apps
Text expansion removes repeated words.
The other half of the day is tool-switching: system screenshot โ annotator โ OCR website โ hunt for the clipboard git log just overwrote.
Region, window, display, scrolling capture, annotation, OCR, Pin, and GIF belong on one path. Capture opens the editor; arrows, highlight, mosaic; Enter copies or you save. See Capture.

Three paths
Tutorial stills. Region capture โ numbers and arrows โ export. Long pages use scrolling capture (free: 3 / day).
A crash for a coworker. Window capture โ mosaic the token โ OCR the stack into searchable text. Pair with creating a snippet from the clipboard when the same error returns. OCR is 10 / day on free.
A short how-to. GIF is 15 seconds with a watermark on free; Pro drops the cap and the watermark, with extra export formats. See GIF. It is not a screencast suite.
What you just copied
The next command will replace the stack you copied. Pro clipboard history keeps a configurable recent list, filterable, starrable, click-to-paste. That is recovery, not expansion.

Do not
- Do not treat capture as a cloud photo album. Images stay on this machine.
- The free watermark cannot be turned off. Use Pro for public tutorials, or live with it.
- Pin is an always-on reference, not a second desktop.
