Refund Statement

Unused and unactivated: licenses bought from our official store can be refunded within 7 days from the order page. Activated: a digital license is considered delivered once activated and is non-refundable.

Before purchasing, please:

  • Confirm your device meets the system requirements (macOS 13+ / Windows 10+)
  • Understand the difference between Free and Pro features (see website or documentation)
  • Contact us with any questions before purchasing

Special Cases

If you encounter any of the following situations, please contact us and we will handle them on a case-by-case basis:

  • The software has serious technical defects that cannot be fixed
  • Duplicate purchases (multiple payments due to accidental operations)
  • Other circumstances we deem reasonable
